WHO IS IT FOR?

This experience is especially aimed at groups or associations of tasters, catering or food chain operators, great enthusiasts of culture and gastronomic knowledge, etc. etc.

In this itinerary, lasting at least 90 minutes (preferably two hours) to be done before the visit, visitors will have the opportunity to be guided in the tasting of all the products that make up the world of "Balsamic".

Each visitor will have a dedicated station consisting of 9 "flasks", a glass instrument (as shown in the photo) which is used by expert tasters for tasting, containing:

  • Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP EXTRA VECCHIO over 25 of aging

CERTIFICATE

In conclusion, a participation certificate will be issued signed by Mario Gambigliani Zoccoli, owner of the Gambigliani Zoccoli vinegar factory, President of the "Antiche Acetaie" Producers Consortium, President of the Association of Experts Taster of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP.
